Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, custom designs, materials and delivery.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How does the custom design process work?

Simply fill out the form on our Custom Designs page with your idea or requirements. We’ll review it and get back to you (usually within 24–48 hours) with a quote and timeline. Once approved, we’ll print and ship your custom piece.

What file formats do you accept for custom orders?

We accept STL, 3MF, OBJ, and STEP files. If you only have an idea or rough sketch, we can also help with the design (additional design fees may apply).

What materials do you use?

We mainly use high-quality PLA, PETG, and Nylon. For outdoor applications or parts that need extra UV resistance, we also offer ASA. We can also discuss other materials for specific projects.

Are your prints strong and durable?

Yes. Strength and durability depend on the material and design. PLA is great for indoor use, while PETG and especially ASA offer excellent strength and impact resistance. ASA is particularly well suited for outdoor parts as it’s UV resistant and won’t become brittle in the sun.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

We stand behind the quality of every print. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our usual standards, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Are you Australian owned?

Yes. StealthLine is proudly Australian owned and operated. All products are designed and printed right here in Australia.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Absolutely. We regularly work with businesses, makers, and resellers on larger orders. Get in touch via the contact form and we’ll put together a quote for you.

How should I care for my 3D printed items?

Avoid exposing prints to high heat (above 60°C), direct sunlight for long periods (unless using ASA), or harsh chemicals. Most items can be gently cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
